That’s not all. The always-on display itself is also better. It now provides quick access to Notification Center, Control Center, and extensions without activating the display.

3. Always on altimeter
The new altimeter on Apple Watch Series 6 tracks data in real time. It has become more economical and collects data from GPS and Wi-Fi networks. This makes the altimeter not only more accurate but also uses less energy. Accordingly, it works without problems all the time and displays data in real time.

4. Raising your hand to activate Siri
On Apple Watch Series 6, you don’t need to press Digital Crown or say “Hey Siri” to activate Personal Assistant. Just bring your hand to your mouth and start speaking. Siri will immediately recognize and execute your command. This method of interacting with Siri is faster and more convenient than the previous ones!

5. Silent notifications on Apple Watch
For some apps, you can receive notifications silently so that they just appear in the Action Center. This option syncs with the iPhone. This feature is useful if you receive a lot of notifications during the day, and not all of them are so important that Apple Watch constantly responds.

Swipe left on the notification and tap the menu button (…). Now select Deliver Silent. The decision can be changed later.

6. Controlling the Camera via Apple Watch
Open the Camera app on your Apple Watch and the Camera will immediately open on your iPhone. After that, you can take a photo by pressing a button on your Apple Watch.

7. “Theater” mode
There are times when you don’t want your Apple Watch to glow every time you move your hand or receive a notification. This can be avoided by enabling Theater mode in Control Center.

8. Find your iPhone
Often users turn off the sound on the iPhone, because all notifications come on the Apple Watch. Because of this, many people forget where they left their smartphone, and they are looking for it for a long time. Fortunately, you can simply open Control Center and tap the iPhone icon to play the sound on it, which you can use to find it.

9. Cover Apple Watch to mute
When your Apple Watch vibrates or beeps, or its screen turns on, simply cover the watch with your palm until the sound, vibration, or light stops.

10. Hide apps
You can hide or disable apps on your smartwatch even if you have app sync enabled. To do this, in the Apple Watch app on the iPhone, select the desired app and disable the Show on Apple Watch option.

11. Tracking hand washing
Washing your hands often is especially important now, and your Apple Watch can help you with this. The hand wash function makes sure you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and reminds you to wash your hands every time you come home.
